Complete list of Miss World from 1951 to 2010

The Miss World pageant is the oldest surviving major international beauty pageant. This pageant is one of the most publicised beauty contests in the world.

Eric Morley

It was first held in 1951 in Lyceum Ballroom of London by Eric Morley as the “Festival Bikini Contest”. However, it adopted the name “Miss World” later.

Since Eric Morley death in 2000, Morley's wife, Julia Morley, co-chairs the pageant.
